On 1st June 2025 in Bangalore, Mr. Dharmendra Pasupilate led a distinguished Indo–Dutch business delegation with Mr. Kevin Verpaalen, CEO of Kameleon Solar BV, Netherlands. Alongside leadership from Nithin Sai Renewables Pvt. Ltd., the engagement centred on advancing collaboration in Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) — where architecture meets energy, and innovation shapes sustainability.

Objective

The dialogue sought to formalize a Strategic Manufacturing and Technology Partnership between NSRPL and Kameleon Solar BV for India and the MENA markets. At its core was the vision to establish a 200 MW semi-automated BIPV solar module line in India, while also paving the way for joint R&D, technical knowledge transfer, and the localization of futuristic solar technologies.

• Agreement on the licensing of Kameleon Solar’s proprietary ColourBlast® BIPV technology to NSRPL.
